Polar Team please help [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I have a box that was previously used by my staff before unfortunate he go back to his home country. My problem now is how can i re activate the account that he used before so that i can use my polar box.
When i try to register this is what is coming:

Connecting with Support Server . . .
YOU DON'T NEED TO CREATE ACCOUNT
This box was registered previously.

If you don't remember password use Recover button. If you can't remember login then contact support.

Please guide me.

send all ur box detail (sn +user name)on this mail adress of the gorr,he will help you.
