Polar Team please help [ANSWERED]


I have a box that was previously used by my staff before unfortunate he go back to his home country. My problem now is how can i re activate the account that he used before so that i can use my polar box.
When i try to register this is what is coming:

Connecting with Support Server . . .
YOU DON'T NEED TO CREATE ACCOUNT
This box was registered previously.

If you don't remember password use Recover button. If you can't remember login then contact support.


Please guide me.
