I have seen 3 post in different sections of this forum blaming 3 different tools for your dead phone, is hard to believe what you say, maybe phone is hardware damaged, luck

I own rocker, infinity, polar, and I came vigys these cel 10 units for Unlocker.

and each unit Unlocker try a different box and unfortunately neither could Unlocker and if the procedure went out sucsefull, the cell would not start so turn the same issues in different sections of the forum

kill the polar cell box was halted in the middle of an error control process and the result was cell death

If all those boxes gave you error, then it is an unsupported version, all you can do is send the one phone to any of the product supporters or read a full flash, if possible, and send it out to be analyzed, luck
