Probleme to unlock samsung i9100 with the last update v301.

Reset phone and try again.
Perhaps was connection failure.

i unlocked the phone with the old version v.300, but i cant do it with the last .

Hello.
I don't know if this is the place to post this. Sorry if not, I just want to help.
I'd like to post what could be a bug a help line you could probably add to the help on a phone model.
I've been trying to unlock a Sharp GX29 and I was unable to do it:
- The phone was connected with full battery and said "Checking Dialog...OK" (or similar, I don't have the log file), and then to follow the intructions STEP by STEP.
But the Polar software would never put the phone in dialog mode, so I could not follow the instructions.
- Thinking it was the cable I had I bought the specific USB cable for Sharp GX series models. But same resault.
- I Finally used a free soft I found on the internet. The USB cable I bought worked. And I also tried with the Samsung 730SC USB & RJ45 cable, using only the USB connection and also worked (You might want to add this cable to the help coment)

So there must be something wrong on the Polar box soft on this model.
