hi polar team

updates are always good

but

i cant connect-flashing-unlocking any alcatel android-spd phones with polar

always coonect error

by the way,im working on this phones with other 3 tools wich support this phones without problemm

can you explane or share here link tutorial.how to work with this phones?

im old polar user and like work with polar suite,but now cant

Remove battery
Connect Usb Cable
Press connect button in Polar
Maintain pressed key #, or Call key, depend of phone model
Put battery

I have fom long time polar box yesterday i have activaed full gold activation but im unlocking any phone polar asking me you not have credits for unlock this phone for example

huwei g510 daytina is free with all devices but amizing polar after 1 year activation need also credits

any boday polar user can help me
