I attach here a screenshot :  If you use normal usage and press button CONNECT (select A option), you will connect and you can proceed to unlock and other options in free mode (in case you have license samsung or gold license, if not take 10 credits) If you connect with option B, you will use FACTORY MODE, this will use 1 samsung credit from your balance, and will proceed to do unlock or repair in all models and versions (with this option not necesary root, downgrade, flash or patch phone, totally safe) If you have any other doubt, please feel free to ask here.
