Upgraded support area with new FLASHFILES for different phones :

- Welcome to our bigger alcatel database firmware (from all Alcatel platforms)
- Added 22 official firmware files for Alcatel phones
- Models added : Alcatels 213 and Motorola WX260
- More news very soon (polar update ...)

Im sorry but there not exists official firmwares developed for OT-213A (only exists for OT-213X)

hi polar team my polar box cannot connect to cable but can calculate phones without cables... yellow light does not blink. only red light is on.. need solution..thx

If one led not blinks, is possible that you have FTDI chip damaged (FT232BL)
Simply, desolder and replace it with another working (you can find it in all hardware boxes), for sure you will have any old box that you not use and u can get it from there.
