Question PolarBox2 support not work - PLEASE HELP POLAR TEAM[ANSWERED]


One week ago, i not enter in support for downloads, "say me, please register you box". But i´m registred 3 years ago and always work fine. Mi count is active, all work fine in polar sat pero when i want enter in suppor for downloads i not permission.

Access not allowed !!!

Please, register your box using SAT (Service Advanced Tool)
SAT is installed automatically with the lastest product updates

After register your polar product, you will be able to enter in SUPPORT AREA

Support is up and working fine.
Clear cockies and try logging agian.
Just try uninstall and reinstall and update to last version.

Nothing work!!

I´ve clear cokies, uninstall complete polar box, intall latest version.....

Nothing....

Porlar sat work fine and my user count work but function support file server continue saying the same..........

serveur is ok.
MAKE SURE U ARE USING THE VERSION 2.54R2
MAKE SURE THAT UR LOGIN PASS ARE INSTALED IN POLARSAT 1.2.9 ( SETUP ACCOUNT)
should work,if still same than strange.never faced this problem.send all details to the gorr product manager.
hope he can solve ur problem.luck
