Hello good evening any problems with the server or what happens?
I can not retrieve certificates polar satellite tells me who has problems

ERR account server
BY SETTINS WARN.

I can not reapply for licenses fails me

22:20:58 Requesting certificates to server ...

Check Connection

I've been trying it from 3 pm Spanish time
please help

i have the same problem with my box, i was formating my pc an reinsatelled lasta installer 298 but when i click in request certificate apear this error: A01
Check Connection

any solution??

We have a electric failure so polar server is down.
We will enable it in the next hours, sorry for the inconvenience.

We had this weekend a eletrical cut in the street that we have our company.
This cause past 48 hours we had this problem.

At this time, electrical supply has been restored and server is online.
We apologize for all inconvenience caused, sorry.

Please, all people that tried to unlock any phone, retry again.
Now server is fully working and will proceed succesfully.
