Problem with LG + SAMSUNG activation[SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

hi, i buy another polarbox box, registered ....ok
i buy a lg + samsung activation from ipmart,,,the reseller activate it, but
alwais say disabled, the reseller show me the screeshot of reseller tool with activation, but at polar sat is disable.
the gorr or ahother support team, please help me.
i dont know is i can put my serial number of box here.

send ur box serie number to the gorr for check ur problem.

if SAT say activation disabled, mean reseller not make activation, so contact ur reseller

i talk with the reseller and they say that is activate
but the activation is not ok
what happened, the gorr???
they show me the screenshot (that i send u by email) with resellertool 1.1.3 and i say that at polarbox2.net the version is 2.13 but they and i cant not donwload and try with it
what happened please????

is it much complicated to understant ?

if server (SAT) say that activation is desabled, mean ur reseller NOT MAKE ACTIVATION

so send me ur box sn + screenshot that ur reseller give u

not is much complicated, because if the reseller say one thing and u other and u dont see the screenshot that i send u yesterday
