Exclamation problem with my Polarbox metal updated to P3 [ANSWERED]

Hi sir,
i remake this thread bcoz "Mobile Control" closed the other one, my problem is not solved and he didnt contact me.
i have the last version of software, any idea
please dont close it before it's solved.
