Red face problem with my Polarbox metal updated to P3 [SOLVED]

Hi Polar Team,
My polar is not working since few days i updated it to polar3 with new usb few months ago, it was working well till now.
the problem is that polar soft doesn't open, i tried re-install drivers, changed USB port, but the same result.
I also tried it on other PC, but it's not working.
Any solution? where i am doing something wrong.. please help!!

remove dongle from box, clean it and put it back

by used latest sat tool version 1.4.2
