| Im trying the same phone which is brand new and not password enable and also cannot get code on PB. Just goes halfway on the screen....  |

| this phone have user code enabled, hard reset phone and desable user code and all will be ok Br |

| I did the hard reset and I've also run out of 10 times but still staying in halfway through and I can not release it, what should I do? Help me please. |
