Hi huevin,

First of all, you must be sure which phone u have.

5830 (this use RJ45 cable, no USB cable)
5830i (this use USB cable, original)

After this, verify you are using last v295 update.
Paste here FULL COMPLETE log of operation that appears in polarbox.
With this info will be more easy help you.

About 5830i we detected a issue that sometimes phone is not detected, we are working in this ...

Btw, please not forget put LOG here ok ?

Ok, but please for next put LOG of polar complete here.
If not, we cant help you, perhaps is not polar problem (cos we detected in S5830i, and you have a S5830), so if u post LOG i can check what fails.
