Problem unlocking vodafone 411 [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I´m trying to unlock vodafone 411 but every time i get no sucess, it can´t connect properly. Any idea why? here is the screen shot

What Port U Use Ftdi Port Or Comport Normale ???

remove sim card and mmc card if pluged,use full battery charged(its required)

use full battery charged,check ur account,try to use another interface as new port
