Problems with locosto phones [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

hi guys

since a while i have this problem with any locosto phone cant conect and i have latest update and clean install its matter of conection , drivers downloaded from support all ok and phones never conect this is driving me mad happened me with w175 w180 with c115 and c139 with se j100 ,what could it be my problem ,thanks in advance

HI FRIEND YOUR PROBLEM IS CONNECTION PROBLEM USE LAST UPDATE V2.82 FOLLOW THESE STEPS

----UNINSTALL ALL MOTOROLA DRIVERS FROM PC [ INCLUDING SMART CLIP DRIVERS ]

----POLAR ONLY DETECTS LOCOSTO PHONES WITH OWN DRIVERS [ ORIGINAL DRIVERS FROM MOTOROLA WILL NOT BE DTECTED ]

----RESTART YOUR PC DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL MOTOROLA LOCOSTO DRIVERS FROM POLAR SUPPORT

----CHECK YOUR CABLE AND ALSO PHONE CONNECTOR

----MAKE SURE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED

THATS ALL PHONE SHOULD BE DETECTED.POST RESULT
