Problems trying to get BB-Box to work [POST INSIDE CORRECT SECTION]

I have been having problems since I tried to install the BB-Box I just purchased. I followed the instructions, created a new account, logged in, and requested a box certificate. Then when I tried to open the software it gives me the message "ERROR Key File Not Found" and instructs me to go request a box certificate. It did end up working and I was able to unlock one phone, but then I was unable to login again and the same error started coming up. I had requested my password to make sure that wasn't the issue, but never received and email to confirm and it appeared I was locked out of the account. What am I doing wrong?

Now I am able to log in no problem, and I can successfully get the box certificate, but I get the same error telling me I need to get the box certificate,

go to bbox sat tool & request box certifcate
remember to use the last bb-box tool ;all is available in support section.

HI FRIEND PLEASE DISABLE YOUR ANTIVIRUS [ ADD BB-BOX IN EXCEPTION LIST OF ANTIVIRUS ] AND TRY AGAIN I THINK YOU ARE GETTING KEY FILE SUCCESSFULLY BUT ANTIVIRUS OR SOME ANOTHER PROGRAM DONT ALLOW TO SAVE.

TRY DISABLE ANTIVIRUS AND POST RESULT.

Exact same problem. Where is the file created? I can check if it exists on my system.

After my initial problems yesterday, I created a duplicate account with a different email, could this be the problem? Yesterday it worked with the second account but none of them work at all now.
