already tryed with all flash files from support, writed one backup from another working phone and now restart itself

This process is really tested and successfully.
Alcatel U7 phones (e201 e221 e227 s211 etc ...)
We was first in full repair this phones and imei, and works perfect.

Try again this steps.

U7 = Flash + Rep.Sec + Rebuild

This solve ALL problems from this phones (even totally killed can be restored)
And in U7 too u will solve MEPD problem :-)

Try with different firmwares from support ...

I mean complete process, as i explained ...
