brother try to reset your phone with code *2767*3855# and try again if no than this version is not supported by polar box.

solved with other tool in 5 sec.

Why dont you dont check your internet connection firewall settings normally this error came when you are using a slow speed internet connection from server side all is ok,regards,suunnyy
