S5600 data interface problem [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

hi,

i´m traying to unlock S5600 but i have this problem DATA INTERFACE.
i have new pc suite instaled, when i dial this *#726872# the pc don´t ask for data interface driver, but afte dial *#782872#, the pc ask for data interface and give error to conecte to the fone.

any help please.

install correct drivers from support area.
also some S5600v need to be reseted using:*2767*3855#.
remember to post result.

hi,

nothing new still the same result, also i try with another box, in another pc still asking for tha data inteface.
i pay for code from server it´s unlocked,
