Sagem Unlock. Problems connecting to server ::: ANSWERED :::

I'm trying to unlock a Sagem My401X for quite a while .... I delay the procedure demaciado in "Contacting Sever With ... Wait ..."

Any suggestions ?

make sure that battery is fully charged,check if user code is active,disable it,also check phone connector,try again,all the best,suunnyy br.

The battery is full. The user code because I have no way to check you do not have a SIM menu to enter the cell

By connecting the cell shows me:
Phone Code:0000

I dont have com port cable. I used the port rj45 in the box
