Sagem My 411c unlock

Can anyone tell me if this version is supported with Polar Box?

It's on Virgin at the moment, I can see 4 or 5 other Sagem My 411 models but not 411c.

Make sure u are using last version of Polar. 1.8.9
If u dont see the exact model there, then, its not supported.

can you show me how to unlock the Sims. and where do i get this software. please. any sim card i put in It say Sim Lock..
