Samsung A401 problem [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi
After read codes with box I get the following

Code:

 Formatting file system
Wait 5 seconds
Successfully formatted.
Wait 30 seconds.
Restore failed. Cannot download FactoryFs.bin

Please help.

No flash files on support

no flash files inside support for this model, cause this model is not supported for flash (only unlock)

So how I repair phone since box gave me this error and now the customers phone will not start?

I used A401_Downloader_v0.85.exe and the process finished successfully, but SAME problem
