Hello, I have just had this error. "Server account (error).

Product: PolarBox3-Genuine

[1] 19:26:12 Application status (OK)

[2] 19:26:13 FTDI Driver (OK)

[3] 19:26:13 Usb Smart Card Reader (OK)

[4] 19:26:14 Certificates (OK)

[5] 19:26:15 Box integrity (OK)

[7] 19:26:32 Port settings (WARN)

19:26:32 PolarBox diagnostics finished

[5] 19:26:35 Server account (ERR)

What could be the problem??

How does this affect working with software ?
Just request for box certificate.

i am having the same issue with the server, i am getting this log.

[2] 9:08:32 PM FTDI Driver (OK)
[3] 9:08:33 PM Usb Smart Card Reader (OK)
[4] 9:08:33 PM Certificates (OK)
[5] 9:08:34 PM Box integrity (OK)
[7] 9:08:52 PM Port settings (WARN)
9:08:52 PM PolarBox diagnostics finished
[5] 9:08:54 PM Server account (ERR)

can anybody help me out. Thanks
