| Hi check yur connection first& try again. Why not try tu put sro+emei then caculate your codes. Just follow polar instructions, try & post result.  Br momo. |

| Hi friend, I tested calculation manually (entering a false IMEI but putting SRO of your model), and seems calculate codes correctly (i post here data) Btw, i cant test with CABLE (like u do it), cos i not have this phone in hands. Can you test again with cable ?? Perhaps server was busy in this moment and give error. If you test via calculation codes, use this SRO name (is for Movistar Honduras) : XI96NU30 Calculation Data Phone Selected : Alc.
