sgh L170 serveur no connect [ANSWERED]

during yesterday i try to unlock sgh L170 by polr serveur ; but the box read fine the the fone but impossible to connect the serveur for read or calculate the lock code; i don t know why; it is freeze fone

You have all drivers properly installed ?
You connect phone in qualcomm mode (using secuence) ?

Please, post here screenshot with log of polarbox and windows devices (comports that samsung creates)
