sharp gx 17 unlock but have problem [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

DIAG MODE...OK ...

For finish unlock you must do this STEP by STEP.
Check phone battery, if is very low phone can be damaged.

Press key 1 and will appears the MENU
Enter 99 and press the right top key
Enter 3 and press the right top key
Enter 1 and wait few seconds, format area will be erased
And finally press 3 times the right top key (phone will PowerOff)

Now, your phone is unlocked

i follow the set up but at the end set off .and me re power this set showing on display "Start Ng" please help

New version GX17 not supported for unlock by using old diag reset method, download the pack from the below link and flash diag file to repair phone and unlock it. if you need more info on this method search in sharp section of forum many posts in the past on this problem.

check with original nec 3g cable.should work.conect with out abttery and check if create port.this solution always work when u face start ng problem ,luck

if process done without problem,phone must alive!! choose correct file and flash again (remove battery from phone)
