Sharp GX25 unlock not working [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I am new to Polar Box,

I am trying to unlock a GX25 and follow the procedure, but nothing happens. When I press 1, just the dial up screen appears. I installed the phone using drivers from Polar support.
I am using a sharp N8 cable, which is the same as 341i, I think. The phone is detected as SHARP GSM GPRS USB DRIVER.

Any advice? Am I doing something wrong?

gx25 fully supported only have to follow instructions:
-power on the phone
-use sharp or nec working usb cable
-install correct drivers when phone is detected
-press unlock should 4stars appears on the phone screen then easily finish the opperation.
