i can t connect huawei starshine u8180 always iget message in polar exe : error phone not found ,, drivers is installed and phone detected in device manager when is powered normaly and when i put phone in download mode phone can t be detected in device manager and i get error when i try to unlock it
please witch correct drivers must be installed to unlock this set ???

This is driver problem, you must use drivers from POLAR SUPPORT AREA.
After install all, verify that windows detects properly, and put phone in PINK MODE (download mode) and proceed.

If not works, please make screenshot of DEVICES that windows detect and put here.

the drivers from suport is ZTE ANDROID ( FTM Mode ) ??,

drivers needed for this model are inside support Drivers/Huawei/

if u have lic 3 this phone will take 1 credit
if u not have lic 3, this phone will take 10 credits
