Supported Models List is lying to us or Suite it's working Bad. [ANSWERED]

Some models for example: the samsung C3050, appear in the supported models list as free but when we will work with this, the version 2.3.6 return a error, and the 2.4.5 update especify that this bug was solved but this model will take 20 credits. in my case, I bought the Box for many reasons, principally the many free models that it can do. I don't understand why the PolarTeam do it this to us. Please take consiencie about. I am a simple client but i think that my opinion is the opinions of others clients.I very much appreciate your work and i want continuos doing this. please fix the list or fix the suite.

brother activate your polarbox2 and will get more fin with it, its verry helpfull and you will earn more and more money with it no search free solution always if you inviste money you earn money but it always search free solution you only lose your time

all is well explained here in update thread,not any hidden charges.samsung c3050 old security was free,but new security will charge,or licence.if u dont have activated lg3g+samsung activation than will take 20 credit.i will advise to buy licence.u will get return,not dead investment.i bought that licence and recovered money,and now enjoying free.

My opinion it's not about if the box work or not, i try to say that in the models support list appear C3050 as Free(green simbol not blue) understand??, and others samsungs, I work off line, and I only connect to internet when i need update the suite or read some about, and my connection is behind proxy and the Polarsuite don't work by this way.

some help for me or others.
