Please, check if windows detect correctly the modem and if the drivers are properly installed.

When I plug the phone into the P BOX windows comes up saying installing device driver software.
Then windows says device installed and i can see it in my computer.
Then when I click connect on box it comes back saying device not found, even though i am connecting through the box, and windows can see it.
I have a Win 7 machine and a machine running Win XP it does the same on both.
I have tried installing the complete software package off the phone but still no joy.
I have also tried on different USB ports with the box, the xp machine has no other devices attached to USB and it is a clean install with only XP service pack 3 and no other software installed apart from Polar.
Any ideas ?

I just needed to instal all the software on the phone now it works.

UNLOCKED.
