Tu720 not unlocked [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I've a TU720 from ROGERS, but:

Connecting ...

Phone Imei : 35xxxxxxxxxxxx
Phone BT : B5ECBEE31F

Unlocking ... Wait...

ERROR Phone Not Unlocked ....

I've tried even connected as a LG3G but nothing:

What do I've to do. I've tested many old Polar soft versions, but still
ERROR Phone Not Unlocked ....

Yes I've lic1 LG3G, In fact I've done LG CU720 and LG KU990i

I will try, but where can I find an appropriated flash for it ?????????, because I haven´t found it at support site

By the way I need this TU720 working at 900, Could you please tell where to find a flash to make it work at 900 Mhz??????????

Is it LG3G or not?, how can i unlock it?
Where can I find a flash to make it work at 900?

I don`t have still solution for the TU720 unlock and activate band 900.

Could you or anyother member post a solution to unlock and a link to download a flash working at 900??????

try by this way: full reset enter 3845#*990#,factory reset,use latest version and check unlock lg3g

Thanks to toutou_gsm again but:

I've tried 3845#*990# to factory reset but it does not work.
Later I've tried 277634#*# and ok I did factory reset, after that I try again to unlock it with and without check unlock lg3g but:

"ERROR Phone Not Unlocked ...." again

Please help ?????

try clean pc then unlock again
