Unlock Error OT-217A with update V2.93 [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

Hi,
with v2.92 I unlocked alcatel OT-217A without problem. Code calculated ok.
with v2.93 I can not unlocked. Unsupported version.
Is the same provider and same version the alcatel ot-217a
What is the problem?

using 2.93 we not use provider any more, we use secro
plz read carfully 2.93 update annoncement

Now you must use IMEI+SRO (not IMEI+PROVIDER)
For extract SRO, please use this secuence in phone *#837#
Is very easy process

Hi,
using v2.92 IMEI + PROVIDER = unlock code calculated ok.
with v2.93 IMEI + SRO = unsupported version.

Example:
Alcatel OT217A
Provider 217A-2AAVUY1
SRO XF26PQ51
