Update P3 error [ANSWERED]


Hi,
In following post in explain that the p3 i bought didnt work.

Ive received a new one (i bought also), and when i tery to update i have a new error:

ERROR...Card Bad Type
Please Connect Polar 3 Card

I ve looked for solution in forum, but the only corresponding one i found, answer was by private message, can you help me please?

be sure that ur reseller send u a p3 dongle and not another dongle

Hi,
Have you see something on the dongle that allow to know if it's or not a P3? May be on the card, but like there is a warranty protection it's imposible to check it. So how can i verify that its really a P3?
