Vodafone 411 NOT UNLOCKED but Consume 20 Credits :::: FIXED ::: - GSM-Forum

Until this moment for me this service always worked perfectly. But a few minutes ago I try to unlock one Vodafone 411 using Polar and server. The first time the process take more time that usual. Maybe two minutos, and then an error ¨Phone not readed¨ was displayed. When I try again the soft is hanged and nothing happend. But when I check my credits account with Polar Sat discovered that I lose 20 credits.

Please POLAR TEAM, any answer??????????????

Sorry my dear friend but the problem with my account still persist. Before to try unlock of this Vodafone 411 (When server was down) the initial status of my account was 170 Credits. After I try to unlock and fail because the server was down I loosed 20 Credits. I has on this moment 150 Credits.
At the next day when I finally sucessfully unlocked the phone I spend 10 Credits, this is normal procedure.
Therefore now I have on my account 140 Credits. If you add my loosed 20 Credit, the final status of my account must be 160 Credits.
Yesterday when I check in Polar Sat still has the same (140 Credits). I think is more better wait one more days. I know you always are so busy working by us.
But when I check today, a few minutes ago, this is my account status:

Maybe the serial of my Polar that you have is wrong and you add the 20 Credits to another account???????

Check it, please.

I TRUST IN POLAR BEACAUSE POLAR TEAM ALWAYS WORKING!!!!!!!!!
