samsung S3650 not connect to unlock [ANSWERED]

when I connect the phone with E210 cable usb + rj45
the phone show massege ERROR Phone not respond

but when I connect the phone with orginal usb cable
the phone read imei when press read codes button

Can I used E210 usb + rj45 UST Cable ???

reset ur phone.*2767*3855# and then conect again with e210. make sure drivers installed.ofcourse u can use, E210 RJ45+USB cable.should work.post result.

all job I am work but non sucssesful
reset phone
conect phone with samsung mode *#726872# and Qualcom mode *#782872#
only connect with orginal cable and show model + Imei after that phone restart ????????

what the proplem ????
