Why everyone has a problem with samsung Polar Credit. i Lost one [ANSWERED]. - GSM-Forum

i had one samsung credit, and i was trying to Factory unlock N900A. there was a bug on software, it was saying connecting to server for a minutes, then Error connecting to server.
I tried the second time, and it says you dont have enough credit

i checked my credit. for no reason my samsung credit is gone.
but it converted to polar credit

so i bought another one to unlock the phone, and this time it went through.

my question, why everyone has this problem? i see a lot of threads complaining about.

Why my Samsung credit converted to polar credit?
