This is a samsung unlock i8190N. The operation ended in failure twice, on 09/22/2014. Each time, 10 credits are subtracted from my account. So 54 credits -10 credits -10 credits = 34 credits.
Why do you hasten to subtract credits before to ensure that the operation completes successfully. Please, correct the situation.
