plz help me i want to unlock a zte f188 with phone lock but polar suite can not detect the phone.

is it possible to unlock this phone with user code?

Which version of windows are you using it ?
Win7 or WinXP ?

In case Win7, 32 or 64 ??

And for last, possible contact me tomorrow via SONORK ?
Will assist and help you to fix or find solution.
