I try unlock it with polar version 2.1.4 and it shows "phone not unlocked" but now phone is dead.
I probe with polar 2.1.6 and it shows version not supported.

How can I repair? I need eprom? full flash?

wait update, we sayed many many times that u have to use last update
if soft tell u not supported so wait, not use older version

When I killed the phone, I used the last soft at the moment, 2.1.4

freind, the last update is 2.1.6
if u killed ur phone before 2.1.6 realease, then just wait update, we working to fix this, and ur phone will be alive again
