ZTE Z992 unlock error 20 credits consumed! [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi polar team, i just tried to unlock a ZTE Z992 with latest polar box but it eneded up with error, i tried two times but the same, my credits have been consumed, i request a full refund because the process didn't work it ended up with an error. I've attached some screenshots so you can check the error for yourselves.

Hi, i'm still waiting for my credits, when are planning to refund them? also, i have a new problem, i tried again to unlock a ZTE 992 today and again my credits were consumed! You have to refund 30 credits ASAP, you said you were going to check and refund but still nothing, i'm attaching the screenshot.

One more thing: is it true that if i use polar 3.3.7 zte 992 unlock will work or not? i see other users saying this.

Hi polar team, thanks for refunding my credits, but you've only refunded 20 credits instead of 30, i had to be refunded with 30 credits not 20, check the screenshots again it's 30 credits.

What i did i used an iphone trick to make boot bypass i removed the usb said error i hit unlock an it worked. phone is unlocked happy customer
