f480 unlocking problem

Hello,

I've unfreeze my f480 with kulankendi, after I've insert my simcard the operator name is on the screen but when I try to call or send sms or when someone try to call me it doesn't work and when I put on the original operator sim emergency call only appear on the screen, so I've again unlock with kulankendi but the problem is still.

So I need a solution or a refund.

If I good understand U had freezed phone and U unfreeze and after U unlock it ??
U mistake "simlock" term, Unlocking phone mean remove protection what do not allow to use other operator card. Simcard will be rejected at start (U can't go into menu even), similar with Freeze state - it not allow to use phone. So U unfreezed phone and phone accept card, U can go to menu etc. Right? so Unfreeze job was done(U got codes for what U paid). Now UR problem is that U can't make calls or send sms then it mean that is something with connection. It can be few possibilities:

1. If U see good network reception(level) and U can't make calls then phone can be hardware damaged.
2. If there is no network reception then go to network settings and check mode, there should be DUAL or similar or GSM,3G. Maybe U have set phone to 3G and U use GSM card and this will not work and U must set to 3G or DUAL.
3. If there is no network reception and U are sure about network settings then phone can be black listed(stolen), U can check it by call to police and give imei number, but it can be risky because if is really stolen then U have proof of crime and U can have problems

first check for network mode.

i have faced this problem personaly after unlocking but with other tool Problem(if phone showing full siganl+operator name and ur facing call recieving or dialing problem and u already did rest setting or restore factorybut problem is still there) then flash the set ur problem should be solved
