- But have . Wrong unlock code was entered 10 times

that with 10 attempts to get the unlock code expended.
KulanKendi client, can unlock this modem ???????????

Because your client, unlock introducin unlock code ..
Not going to let him enter code ,
because the number of attempts to put it already is full

Sorry post duplicate.

U did all things too fast.
Modem with 10 bad counter cant accept unlock code anymore, that's why is counter there.
For clear it we need to make some work, analize etc.
also strange is that software do not show U error while entering unlock code. Do U unlocking modem with simcard inside?

Simcard not inside , to unlock.

flash will do not help it need working with card. is not 1,2 days but more
Option do not have any functions to clear counter, if is blocked then card is blocked forerver(they said that is service documents too) so for clear it I must make loader(if card allow boot own code) and clear it at flash, or find out other method to boot own code inside card.
