Just please refund the money I paid for credits as you guys are useless to send them out and don't even bother to go on icq if you just ignore people im taking my business elsewhere

No...let me explain to you a bit better...I tried to talk on icq but got ignored and told instead that any problem just make post on forum???!

And its not that I am nervous... I just dont have the time to beg for something I paid for...call me old fashioned but i just like plain good customer service.

If you say someone is on icq to resolve some things but when someone talks to that person and only reply like above or just ignore this is not making nervous...its making mad.. so if that person is only there for presence its better not be at all and people dont get angry because of ignorance

agree, but how long U wait for response on ICQ?

I think no one sit 12-15 hours at computer and watch ICQ for popup windows

Ermmm...the computer in the office is on 24/7 my friend and I do spend allot of time in the office not just waiting for icq pop up...hehe

You dont have to reply to everything I say.....just Listen to the customers and make buisness good... thats all needs be
