Hi, I'm trying to unlock my samsung A737. I've account on kulankendi with 10 credits for KKM-client (I've checked the account with the multi-client software and everything is ok). I follow the instructions (enter in qualcomm mode, install qualcomm driver, detect qualcomm port) but when i execute the "read unlock codes" nothing happens. The board write: Looking for phone.... Phone detected.Mode :Qualcomm Phone model: SGH-A737 Phone Imei: 355992-etc etc... Nothing else. I wait for more than 20 minutes but nothing changes. I've tried several times from yesterday, I've tried changing USB port and on another PC and same way. I don't know what to do because the software dosen't give me any kind of error message. Even when I tried with wrong login/password (to check if the connection working or error message working) the board still blocked at imei number. Last time I've tried to execute only the read phone lock and after the clear phone lock and board message were: Looking for phone.... Phone Detected. Mode: Qualcomm Connecting to server.... So if Kulankendi or anybody with 737 can help me please! (I searched in the forum with no result for this problem, even in the manuals - i've found only manual for SE and not for KK). Thank's for yuour attention.

You can try this but very careful!!! Enter code *#0002*28346# This will give you test menu but do not mess with settings here!!! After the screen comes up, press Back 3 times and you will see MAIN menu of test mode. Now choose option 9 Common and then option 6 which is USB Configuration. Normally USB is selected and you will see a * beside it Select option 2 - Qualcomm USB. Now try with Kulankendi Multiclient again You can change back to Samsung normal mode afterwards by going to menu again and choose USB

I've done the reset with your code (thank's a lot, i couldn't remember the phone lock and with reset it disappear!) then I've tried to set the qualcomm mode following your instructions. Trying again with KK client the execute stops again at imei number, so nothings is changed. Now I guess the only way is to find another driver for qualcomm like KulanKendi wrote. Does somebody knows where i can find it? (off course I've done a research on google but didn't find other drivers different from the kulan's one). HELP!!!!

Yessss! I've done it!! I changed the USB connection in the connectivity menu of the phone's settings: standard setting is Mediaplayer; I changed to PC-Studio and the KKclient quickly ran and unlocked it!! Thank's kulandkendi for your software, it's Great! Bye
