transaction amount do not macth

hi, purchased of I have 2 credits I have followed to the letter the manuals for login\password to have, but the answer of the system of service same of the usual one of it is. transactins don't make macth!. rate of thing of what???

this error mean that U mistake money value while getting login/password
for example:

if U buy 10 credits and it cost U 10 euro then use amount 10

U told that U buy 2 credits then it mean that U did 2 transactions.
amount must be specified for every transaction and must match with paypal transaction. so if U buy 2 credits per 10 euro then U can't specify there 20 euro(10+10) but just 10 for every transaction ID
tell me what kind of credits U buy?
amount mean money amount what U pay.
