W580i Data Block Part Send Error - GSM-Forum

Hi

hope you can help here, have downloaded the KK client, paid my paypal and got login details.

Fiest attempt at unlocking using .mbn .fbn and sfl2 file produced an error which said report this error but I wasn't quick enough to write it down when it dissappeared.

Tried again and getting please wait CID52 Bypassing... step:4
Error: Data Block Part Send Error!

I think I have now used up my credits and the phone no longer turns on - what happens now ?

ps: Did Check Account which says Account half-active for limited time - whatever that means

just found the other error after trying 1 more time:

Hold 'C' or '@'-(PDA) or '2'-(W88x) or '2+5'(W760) or '6'(W350) key and plug DCU60 USB cable.

u have no other credits.may be u can use other soft

not a particularly useful answer as it was your software that failed and bricked it.

doesn't anyone respond with help here, I've paid my money and had a problem its not too much to expect some assistance is especially as the problem seems to lie with your end and not mine.

hi

looks like UR battery is empty, try to get battery from other phone or recharge it on other phone. Clean phone connector too.
Half account mean that U still can make this phone even when show 0 credits. U can't brinck UR phone, flashing only MAIN will make it alive. Also U can clean connector at phone. is nothing wrong with software, all users use same file for unlock.Sorry for not answer for few days, but weekends we do not work and was feast too.

Battery is charged and tried in another phone, recharged just in case, cleaned contacts and ready to try again but account says "no more credits communication closed". As I don't see that I had done anything wrong in the use of the system can you , as a gesture of goodwill give me enough credits to reflash this phone please.
