we do not send mail, it's send by server, U can acquire it xxxx times, just put paypal data to KK client and U will receive it. Most problems are with antispam filters in email software or web page mails , so U have 3 choices:

1. disable spam filter for short time and get login/pass from KK client
2. add kulankendi@data.pl mail to white/trusted email list
3. check spam folder maybe is there

So far I like this service.
Woking for SAM-A737 which "contact service provider" on the screen.
Code generated was worked perfect.

My HWK could not unlock this one even they said they can unlock A737.

But I hope he can improve account issue liitle bit.

My last purchase was 10/21 and get account 10/25. >> takes 4days.

This time, paid 12/29 and till today 1/4 (22:50) >> about week now.
But I haven't get any account from him. yet.

One of my phone is sitting with cable connected beside my pc since last year.

I think if returned customer get more quick respond, custmer will be more happy.

I have tried a F480 samsung and it worked fine..it was unlocked in a minute!

Then i wanted to unlock a second one, but it stopped at 31% while writing on the phone. So the phone was not unlocked, but the 10 credits were gone!! I have asked the support, and they only told me that the phone is unlocked, they can see it in their logfile.

Again i asked to refund the credits or to let me try a second time with the same samsung to do the same operation (unlock), but they didn´t answer anymore. The 10 Credits were gone. No answer, only possiblity was to buy 10 Credits again, and unlock it then.
So the unlock costed 20 Euro for this phone...!! And absolutly NO help from the support.

I´m really dissapointed, because i almost think that principally the idea of the server based unlocking like KK does, is great!

It took about 5 minutes all 3 times. That´s gerat.
