I register my box yesterday and after 24 hours my account is inactive.I need acces to download .How times waiting for activation my account.

and what problem do you have ?.
When you register on web site just you can enter in support zone.

yes,i register on web site but can"t enter in support zone.
i don"t receive e-mail for validation account.

There is no mail for validation account. You can entry directly when you register on web site
