after typing the nck code the phone give this message: "timer is running" or something like that. the *******r gone and i lost 14 logs

This mean code was correct but phone had too many entry wrong codes and have to wait some time before enter correct one.

If you customer have rush tell him complain to alcatel factory then

Just use MTK EASY UNLOCKER 1.12 can direct unlock this phone and without credits.

New Alcatel MTK unlocker relised v1.12 !! !! !!

this is funny, it is not your fault who do not know how to unlock a phone... it is the tool fault...
a tip: next time flash the phone with unlocked firmware... and learn how to use the tool

mr hugmax, i tried to unlock a phone, i promise to customer 15 min for this operation. for flashing and learning procedure i was ask 2-3 hours. the customer not accept and go. this was first phone this model, maybe next time i will know the procedure

With this new update MTK EASY UNLOCKER v1.12 you can unlock phone by read code / direct unlock by cable s319 just in secounds why not use new software and not ern ?? ?? ??

When I see a phone for the first time I allways tell the dude that he should go get a coffee or a snack.
now the soft have been update to correct that problem.
