Your unlock code is correct, are you sure this phone is not flashed or touched by any flashing too, if you know a way to verify provider ID internal in flash, take a look please.

can you give me a tip on how to do it?
I have NO idea on how to get PId from alcatel.

you need to flash your phone, but use another box like Infinity (good one for alcatel) because Easy Unlocker can´t flash any supported phone (samsung, alcatel nor lg)

Just read the sticker back side from the battery where IMEI is displayed, also PId is written there.
